Significant contributions to interior spaces, the Litolier Group focused its attention on real estate, following the construction boom in the country. The Group began by constructing the Litolier Chambers in Andheri, Mumbai that has been leased to a leading MNC. Another notable achievement is the Presidential Towers at Ghatkopar, a suburb in Mumbai, which is today a certified Grade 'A' residential complex. After various pursuing Residential and Commercial projects in new Delhi.

The Litolier Group is developing close to 6,00,000 sq. ft of hospitality and commercial space in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

NEW DELHI
One of the Litolier Group companies has acquired 100 acres of land between Dwarka & Chhawla, which is the proposed site for a mega project for mixed used development. Located close to river and with easy access to the International Airport and superb connectivity with the city via the Metro, the location of this project is its highlight. This project will have integrated commercial, residential and IT infrastructure. The entire project will have large landscapes complimented by green buildings which would be both energy efficient as well as environment friendly – a first for the city of Delhi.
